Questions and answers
- Do guests need to download an app?
- No. They scan the QR code or open the link and upload straight from the browser. No account, no install.
- What happens after 14 days?
- On a free event the photos are deleted automatically. With Premium they are kept for a full year from the purchase.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Premium is paid once, for one event. There is nothing to cancel.
- Can I upgrade after the party?
- Yes, any time before the deletion deadline. Everything guests have already uploaded comes with it.
- How many guests can join?
- As many as you like, on both plans. The free limit is on uploads, not on people.
- What if we're not happy?
- You have 14 days from purchase to change your mind. Email us and you get the full amount back. No reason needed, and it makes no difference whether you used the service.
- Can guests upload video?
- Yes, on both plans. Each file can be up to 25 MB, which fits a short clip from a phone.
