Photos wait in a queue only you can see. Approve from your phone during the party, or let a colleague do it. A rejected photo is deleted and was never visible to anyone else.

The logo sits on the QR code guests scan: in the middle of it, under it, or both. The wall and the photos stay clean.
Consent to use the photos
Guests can tick that the company may use their photos internally and on social media. You see how many said yes, and download only those photos.

Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose invoice at checkout and fill in the company name, organisation number and the email the invoice should go to. It comes from Stripe with 14 days to pay, and Business is active at once, so you can set everything up before the party.
Do we get a data processing agreement?
Yes. It downloads from the event page, filled in with your company name, organisation number and how long the photos are kept. For the guests' photos you are the controller and we are the processor.
Where are the photos kept?
The database is in the EU, while the photos and background jobs are with Google in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. It is written into the data processing agreement, so you do not have to ask.
Can we approve photos before they show?
Yes. Switch approval on and the guests' photos wait in a queue only you can see. Approve from your phone during the party, or all at once. Rejected photos are deleted and were never visible to anyone else.
How many guests does it handle?
Business has no limit on photos or guests. The price is $79 per event whether you are twenty or five hundred. If you only need the photos and not the control, Premium is $29.
