What is in the report
The report opens with your company logo and a photo from the evening, then the key figures follow: number of guests who uploaded, visits and openings, and the number of photos and videos. Below the numbers you see uploads hour by hour, with the busiest hour marked, and how guests got in, whether through the QR code, a poster or a link.
No names, just numbers
The report contains no personal data about who did what. It is counts, not names, so it can be passed on internally or to a board without anyone needing to think twice about privacy in the report itself.
Who gets it
The report is only available to the host, the account that created the event. It is downloaded as PDF or CSV with the same figures, depending on whether you want to display it or process it further in a spreadsheet. Neither guests nor anyone else can see it.
