Invoice with 14 days to pay
Choose invoice instead of card, and enter your company name, organisation number and a reference. Business activates the moment the invoice is sent, not once it is paid, so you can set everything up well before the event. You can have one unpaid invoice per account at a time, so settle the first before placing a second order.
The data processing agreement is ready from the start
The agreement follows GDPR Article 28 and is generated automatically with your company name, organisation number and retention period. Download it as a PDF from the event page, in English. It is accepted the moment the purchase is made, with no one needing to sign anything.
Refund before the party starts
Cancel before the first guest has uploaded anything, and you get the full amount back. Once the event is under way, a refund is no longer possible. That makes it safe to order early, even if plans change.
When invoice is not necessary
Just as happy paying by card? It is just as fast, and the agreement comes either way.
