Consent to use guest photos

Guests answer yes or no to whether your company can use their photos further. The photo shows on screen regardless of the answer.

  • One question, never pre-checked
  • The photo shows either way
  • Download only the consented photos

$79 per event. No subscription and nothing to cancel.

What the guest is asked

Before the camera or gallery opens, the guest is asked one question: whether your company can use the photo internally and on social media. The box is never pre-checked. The guest is also told the photo will show on screen and in the gallery that evening regardless of the answer.

What you see as the host

On the event page you see how many photos have consent, out of the total. Need photos for something beyond the evening itself? Download a zip with only the photos guests said yes to, without going through the whole gallery by hand.

The responsibility sits with you

Your company is the data controller for guest photos; Snapr is the data processor. The consent question is built into the experience and needs no extra setup, but it is still you who decides what the photos are used for afterwards, whether in an article or on a website.

When this does not apply

Will the photos only be shown and downloaded by the guests themselves? Then you never need to worry about the zip file.
